At Allingtons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Log into your Allingtons account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
